Being a FBA seller, your products have been selected as Prime eligible and the Prime badge will appear for all such products on amazon.in. On this basis, your customers in over 100 cities can get unlimited free one-day and two-day delivery on your products.
Q: Is there an enrolment fee? Is it different from regular FBA?
>>> Please see the response above, there is no fee to join this programme. All fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) products are now Prime eligible.
Q: What are Amazon Prime delivery benefits?
>>> All Amazon Prime members receive multiple benefits including FREE one-day and two-day delivery, discounted same-day and/or morning delivery at Rs.50, scheduled delivery at Rs.50 for Prime eligible items, along with early and/or exclusive access to lightning deals. For deliveries to cities not yet eligible for one-day or two-day delivery, members will receive free delivery with no minimum purchase.

Q: How do I search for an application?
>>> To search for an existing application in the Manage Applications page, enter the Brand name or Trademark number.
Q: How do I view my application case?
>>> Locate the application Case ID from Manage Applications page and click on the link to view the application case.
Q: My application was rejected, can I edit the application and resubmit?
>>> Once an application is rejected, you can no longer edit the existing application. However, you can reapply by clicking the “Copy” action within Manage Applications.
Q: Can I edit an application that is pending review?
>>> A pending review application cannot be edited, however you can submit additional information by locating the application Case ID from Manage Applications page and clicking on the link to view the application case.
Reminder: Once an application is declined, you can no longer submit more information. However, you can reapply by clicking the “Copy” action within Manage Applications.
Q: Can I close the current application that is pending review?
